Wiki are collaborative in language learning. E-mail is not good in co-ordinative. Wiki web site is a new way in any topic and working in group and individual work.
Ex:- Messy word.

First of all create a new account in wiki . wiki accurate and they changing the word error any type of topic in online work. students changing the error in the use of Edit tools and Save the changing word. This type of work student over and over.

This video is about wikis in plain English which means it is explained in a very simple language to understand it. wikis are collaborative and co-ordinative web tools that e-mails or blogs. Because in blogs we can not work together at the same time whereas wikis allow us to work together at the same time and at different places.

wiki are collaborative tools and creating a website and allow one edit page. wiki are used publishing the student online work on a website after a lot of any topic of research.
Ex:- Wikipedia.

Teacher by putting the work of the student online and giving any type of project work. students are collaborative about the things with equal interest in language learning.

                          Web 2.0 and language learning


 This particular video has been given to as a YouTube video link and we were asked to respond to it on the basis of a few questions as mentioned below:
(1) Which part of the video interested you the most?
(2) If you were given an opportunity, then how would you use blogs to teach your students?

      But before getting indulged with these question and learning them, it's mandate to mention a few important things that what the video is all about. The whole video is concentrated on the web tools and how they can be useful for the pedagogical aspects. The video also talks a little bit about the exciting virtual world of second life.

   Graham Stanley, a teacher of English from Barcelona, Spain and the speaker. He is interested in the use of emerging technologies and language learning. This video facilities a basic understanding to the language teachers and learners.

    This video further talks about the four web tools:
(1) Blog,
(2) Wiki,
(3) Pod-casting,
(4) Video.

(1) Blog:
               
- Blogs are being used as way of keeping track of what's happening in the classroom?
- The two most basic ways of using blog:
1- Posting: The process of typing the given work online. Ex:- homework with reference classroom activity.
2- Linking: The involvement of other internet resources available online.

(2) Wiki:

- Wikis are the collaborative tools that create a website and allow one to edit webpage.
- Wikis are used to  publish the student work online on a web site after a lot of research.
Ex: Wikipedia
- Teachers giving any project work by putting the students online on the related topic website.

(3) Pod-casting:

- A way of using voice to help students to others from around the world to help and provide lots of different resources to student to listen.
Ex: Audacity
 E-learning is important of language learning for students and teachers.
